  I rented a duplex for 10 years, was asked if I was going to renew my lease, I said no because they were not going to redo the worn out carpet or repaint until I moved out, so I let them know, gave them notice half through a paid months rent but they insisted on a 30 day notice and would not go in to do the updates for a new renter until my 30 days was up ("too busy" they said), they just wanted me to pay a additional 2 weeks rent...after 10 years this is how I was treated, I've referred about 50 people to them (I work at a place where people are looking for rentals all the time), I will NEVER give their number to another sole, disgusting the way they treated us after 10 years!!!
